The third letter that corresponds to this third chapter is Gimel - lovingkindness, culmination,as in planning a SEED and caring for it until it matures.
G-d did not stop caring for mankind because of our sin and He is not done with us. IN contrast to what Satan used the woman for, G-d in his loving kindness would use the woman 's SEED to bring Ha Mashiach to crush HaSatan and restore our relationship with Him. Why the woman 's seed? This was the only way. Normally the woman has the egg and the man has the seed. In this case the woman has the seed too. Did he use her DNA? A mystery. Why the seed of the woman? All of us inherit the sin nature from our fathers. So the Father of Yeshua had to be faultless. How? This is why Yeshua's true Father was and is G-d. A Mystery of mysteries. If He was not G-d you and I might as well pack it all up because His earthly father would have been tainted with Sin. The Son also had to be spotless and perfect. (of course we are not talking about physical blemish like used with the lamb or animal but moral blemish in the case with the lamb of G-d or son.) Mankind was not spotless and perfect morally. This is illustrated here. Mankind failed the test, as G-d knew we would. Mankind would have always failed the test. Only G-d out of loving-kindness coming down in the flesh could fulfill it. Only He was and is capable of not failing this test. (Also see our study on Matt. Ch. 4) Again, if He is not G-d, you and I might as well pack it up because the Lamb had to be without blemish and all of mankind was not (except Adam and Havah) and was born a sinner. The First Adam and all of mankind later became a sinner and Yeshua the Second Adam (Yeshua) who in contrast did not fail and did not sin. All through the Tanakh, YHWH is said to be our Savior. If the Messiah is our Savior then He is and always will be G-d.
Isaiah 49:24-26 "Can the prey be taken from the mighty man, Or the captives of a tyrant be rescued?" Surely, thus says the LORD, "Even the captives of the mighty man will be taken away, And the prey of the tyrant will be rescued; For I will contend with the one who contends with you, And I will save your sons. "And I will feed your oppressors with their own flesh, And they will become drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine; And all flesh will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior, And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob." NAS (also Isa. 51:5-8)
Rom 16:17-20 Now I urge you, brothers, keep your eye on those who cause dissensions and hindrances contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them. For such men are slaves, not of our L-rd (Messiah) Christ but of their own appetites; and by their smooth and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the unsuspecting. For the report of your obedience has reached to all; therefore I am rejoicing over you, but I want you to be wise in what is good, and innocent in what is evil. And the G-d of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. NAS
B'resheet 3:16 To the woman He said, "I will greatly multiply Your pain in childbirth, In pain you shall bring forth children; Yet your desire shall be for your husband, And he shall rule over you."
Multiply Your pain in childbirth - this is a constant reminder that the woman was the first to sin and disobey G-d.
he shall rule over you - because the woman was deceived she needed to stay under the guidance and direction of her husband.
B'resheet 3:17-19 Then to Adam He said, "Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree about which I commanded you, saying, 'You shall not eat from it'; Cursed is the ground because of you; In toil you shall eat of it All the days of your life. "Both thorns and thistles it shall grow for you; And you shall eat the plants of the field; By the sweat of your face You shall eat bread, Till you return to the ground, Because from it you were taken; For you are dust, And to dust you shall return. "
Mankind must work for his food. The First Adam lost the title deed to the earth and gave it away to HaSatan. The earth was cursed. The Second Adam regains it. (Rev. 5)
B'resheet 3:20 Now the man called his wife's name Havah (Eve), because she was the mother of all the living.
Havah means life, or life giver.
B'resheet 3:21 And the L-RD G-d made garments of skin for Adam and his wife, and clothed them.
Yeshua out of loving kindness physically covered their nakedness with an animal skin.
What does this mean? An animal was killed to clothe them physically.
Yeshua must have taught them how to offer a sacrifice for forgiveness of sin at that time. In the next chapter we will see an example of a proper sacrifice verses an improper sacrifice.
Yeshua covers our nakedness spiritually when He came to die for us.
Hebrews 9:22 And according to the Law, one may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. NAS
B'resheet 3:22-24 Then the L-RD G-d said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, lest he stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever"-- therefore the L-RD G-d sent him out from the garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken. So He drove the man out; and at the east of the Garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim, and the flaming sword which turned every direction, to guard the way to the tree of life. NAS
one of Us - This is another reference to the tri-unity of G-d.
There were consequences for not listening to the L-rd G-d.
There was total separation from G-d. Never again did Adam and Eve experience that close personal relationship with G-d. Why? Because of sin, mankind's fellowship with G-d was broken. G-d, however, still wanted fellowship with man and still did to a point. Because of His great love(loving kindness) and mercy he devised a plan to restore again the close fellowship there once was between Himself and mankind.
There was total separation from the tree of life. Mankind had also a spiritual downfall and was no longer able to be in the physical presence of his creator. Man became tainted with sin. This does not mean mankind is not capable of doing good. It just means we have a propensity to do wrong. Look at the world today. Things are not getting better as some suggest. Society as a whole is "again" getting more and more depraved. Spiritual death followed. We are all spiritually naked without the Messiah. Eventually being separated from the Tree of life also brought physical death. Ha Satan was wrong! Those that follow him still try to tell you that you do not have to worry about spiritual death. You don't need Yeshua. They may say there are many ways to eternal life with the Father. This is a lie. IF one believes this lie, that one is still given a free choice to believe it. One is also free to reject the plan of G-d because He does not force it on others. How could he? Otherwise we would just be robots.
This does not mean there will not be consequences for going our own way in the end.
Proverbs 16:25 There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.
The choice is yours to make today. Don't blame G-d or the church(symbolic of Havah) or the one who was in the serpent.
Yes, if HaSatan could, he would force you not to trust in G-d or his message.
He also will do anything to lead you away from Him. In the end the choice is still yours but he will hate you if you trust in Him. Those that love the L-rd become involved in a spiritual battle out of love for others. Once you do trust in the truth he will still constantly try to force you to renounce this truth and to try to keep you from telling it to others.
The Word of G-d also clearly and definitively points us to the right Messiah and seed of the Woman. There is no other!
Eph 1:3-10 Blessed be the G-d and Father of our L-rd (Yeshua HaMashiach)Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in (Messiah) Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him. In love He predestined us to adoption as sons through (Yeshua HaMashiach) Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace/mercy, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace, which He lavished upon us. In all wisdom and insight He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention (loving kindness) which He purposed in Him with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in (Messiah) Christ, things in the heavens and things upon the earth. NAS
Who will you serve?
Don't be deceived by false Messiah's.
2 Cor 11:3-4 But I am afraid, lest as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds should be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to (Messiah)Christ. 4 For if one comes and preaches another (Yeshua)Jesus whom we have not preached, or you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted, you bear this beautifully. NAS

This is the second Covenant in the Bible is found here in B'resheet 3:14-23.
